After my daughter Frankie was born, I began my foray into managing bars and knew that Fruitations Cranberry was the only cranberry choice for Cosmopolitans, Cape Codders and riffs on fall classics. When I finally met Fruitations’ very own Allison, she turned out to be a gracious and brilliant woman earnest about receiving feedback from bartenders using her product in the wild. At the bar I was running, Fruitations Tangerine and Grapefruit went on the menu, mixing in classics like the Paloma, Brown Derby, and Blood and Sand. Next, my attention turned to riffs on classics and originals. The value the product brought to the operation was hard to miss: bar staff had less prep with no compromise, and the cost, consistency & waste reduction were all huge for the bar program.
Guests enjoy a new flavor
Most importantly, our guests were stoked to have a new flavor jumping out of their cocktail glasses. Classic win all the way around. Guests at Uni Boston, Woods Hill Table in Concord, and Red Bird in Waltham have enjoyed dozens of cocktails and mocktails crafted with Fruitations, now that it’s available to the public, you can too!
Fruitations story gets better
These days, my daughter is 5 and the Fruitations story is even better: Allison agreed to hire me as the Fruitations Brand Ambassador! Working with her thoughtfully crafted syrups is a dream. I am so excited to be part of the Fruitations Team and share my passion for mixing delicious drinks with top-notch ingredients with all of you!
