During the holidays we naturally look forward to all the great food we’re going to enjoy. But don’t forget to think about what you’re going to drink! At Legal Sea Foods, our Cranberry Burst is a festive cocktail that offers layers of vibrant cranberry with spicy ginger and baking spice nuances. It’s finished with a rosemary sprig which imparts a subtle herbal essence.
We’ve simplified the recipe for the home mixologist, so you can prepare this for your guests and toast the holiday with ease.

Recipe:
1½ oz. Tito’s Handmade Vodka
½ oz. Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
1 oz. Fruitations Cranberry
¼ oz. Monin cinnamon syrup
½ oz. lime juice
Club soda splash
Rosemary sprig
Measure first five ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to combine, then strain over new ice into a highball glass. Top with club soda.
Using the same shaker, slowly pour the contents back and forth from the glass into the shaker, and back into the glass to incorporate club soda effervescence. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
