½ ounce Leopold Apertivo or other bitter orange liqueur
½ ounce London Dry Gin
½ ounce lemon juice
.75 ounce Fruitations Tangerine
Top with 3 ounces sparkling wine
Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine in a tin. Add ice.
Quick shake to incorporate and double strain into a flute.
Top with sparkling wine.
Garnish with channel cut lemon peel spiraled and dropped into the glass.
