    Finding Fruitations drink syrups was a home run for the cocktail program of La Grande Boucherie, Olio e Piu and Omakase Room in NY, DC, Miami and Chicago. Meet our Founder

In 2013, Allison crafted a drink syrup in her kitchen with ingredients on hand: fruit, pure cane, and water. This homemade cranberry syrup delivered an exceptional vodka-cran, and an idea was born.

As the craft cocktail world was exploding, Allison introduced Fruitations® to retailers at The NY Fancy Food Show. She soon began delivering her syrups to restaurants and bars from the trunk of her car. Original Cranberry, Grapefruit & Tangerine were followed by Cherry, developed as snow cone syrup for Crate & Barrel; and Ginger, developed as a key ingredient for Compass Box Whisky’s national Penicillin cocktail program.

Fruitations is the best drink mixer around. Each flavor is always made by hand, still and only with those same 3 ingredients.
