Ginger Recipes

2 ounces Cachaça
4 wedges lime
1 barspoon Raw Sugar
¾ ounces Fruitations Ginger syrup
Place lime wedges, sugar and Fruitations Ginger in a tin. Muddle until limes release their juice and a “slurry” forms in the bottom. Add cachaca and ice and shake well. Dump everything into a rocks glass and Enjoy! (Alternatively build in a mason jar and just drink right out of it when you’re done shaking!)
½ ounce Fruitations Ginger
Top glass with Champagne
2 ounces Old Monk Rum
1 ounce Fruitations Ginger
¾ ounces Lime Juice
1 dash Scrappy’s Cardamom bitters
Soda Water
Pour everything except rum and soda water into a mixing tin. Shake well, open tin and add about 3 ounces of soda water (depending on the size of your glass) and pour into a highball glass from tin. Add a few fresh cubes on top and float rum from a jigger on top of the non-alcoholic component.
For a non-alcoholic version Increase Ginger syrup to 1.5, lime juice to 1 oz and soda water to 4-5 ounces.
Garnish both with a lime wedge on edge of glass
2 ounces vodka
1 ounce Fruitations Ginger
½ ounce fresh lime juice
Combine ingredients in shaker, shake hard pour over ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a lime wheel.
